He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Newcombe (Souza); his parents, Joe Newcombe and Marilyn Newcombe (Thurston) of Rockfall; his stepdaughters, Maryann and Cindy; his brothers, Ken (Terry Newcombe) of Middletown and Joe (Damaris Newcombe) of East Hartford; his sister-in-law Beth Newcombe of Middlefield; Jay, Kharma, Alivia and Luca. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
