He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Carrozzella and Jeanette Tortorici Carrozzella of Wallingford; and his wife Rosie Carrozzella. He is survived by: his children, Michael Carrozzella, Joeseph Carrozzella and Elyse Fernandes; his brothers, John Carrozzella, MD of Florida, Christopher Carrozzella (Mary Jane) of Wallingford and William Carrozzella of Bethlehem; his siblings' children, Andie and John (Doreen Camp) of Wallingford; and his pet Bella.
