Lila Marano Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2020, at the age of 94, Lila Marano of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carlo J. Marano; and her parents, Anthony Mody and Rose Mody (Meelan). She is survived by: her sister-in-law Florence Symonds (David); her children, Carol Goodwin (Harold) of Medina, NY, Alfonso Marano (Marcia) of Land, Carlo Marano (Christine) of Danbury, CT, Michael Marano (Sheila) of Brewerton, NY and Thomas Marano (Rose) of Wallingford, CT.; and her siblings, Jeanette Newman of Sherburne, NY and Irmin Mody (Mary) of Sherburne, NY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
