He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Mizenko (Milne); and his parents, Michael Mizenko and Anna Mizenko (Palsa). He is survived by: his children, Scott Mizenko (Sandi) and Michele Novak (Thomas); his grandchildren, Tyler Mizenko (Michela), Madison Milslagle (Zachary) and Megan Drew (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Harper and Hadley.
