He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ciezniak and Mary Ciezniak (Gursky); and his sister Patricia Ring. He is survived by: his spouse Geri Ciezniak (Preneta); his daughters, Karen Iannone of Woonsocket, RI, Jennifer Hollenbeck (Cliff) of Wallingford and Susan Ciezniak of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Jessica (Joshua Ciezniak), Alyssa (Breanna Iannone), Justin Boucher and Clifford (Olivia Hollenbeck); and his brothers-in-law, Fred Ring and Richard Preneta of Wallingford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
