He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Erdos (Lentz); his parents, Anthony Erdos and Tofia Erdos (Sabbith); his son Thomas F. Erdos; and his brothers, Anthony and Joseph Erdos.
He is survived by: his close friend Betty Jane Hamel; his children, Debra J. (Jeffrey F. Thewlis), Karen L. (Richard J. Farone) and Robert E. Erdos Jr.; his daughter-in-law Lori Erdos; his grandchildren, Justin, Sara, Nicole, Camber, Kristen, Natalie and Katie; and his sister Barbara E. Gould. He is also survived by his 12 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
