Regan (Wallingford, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Regan and Jeannine Regan (Sutnik). He is survived by: his wife Marion Regan (Kelley); his children, Dawn Scranton (David Ashford) and Martin Regan (Darlene); his grandson Gary Scranton III; his brothers, Martin (Peggy Regan), Thomas (Carol Regan) and Dennis (Roslyn "Cookie" Regan); and his siblings-in-law, Alice and Nicholas Ferraro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 12 pm. (COVID precautions will be followed and masks required at all services).
