Douglas of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Ulstad (Spinelli) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Merrill Douglas of Middletown, CT.; his sisters, Tina MacDonald (John) of Terre Haute, Angela Douglas of Wallingford and Crystal Bernardes (Michael) of Wilbraham, Massachusetts; and his stepparents, Gary Ulstad and Kathy Douglas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Interment will be private, in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the charity of one's choice.
