With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salome Spak of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on April 12, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Salome Spak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Gerard Spak; and her siblings, Anthony, Albert, Stanley, John, Josephine, Antoinette Orlowski, Honorata Mccullough (Nora), Andrew Kapusta, Mary Wisniewski, Helen Stebar, Genevive Dziekan (Jean), Casimir Kapusta (Kelly), Edward Kapusta and Victoria Kapusta.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Spak Jr., Tanya Giacomelli (Dave), Diane Spak, Carlene Brett and Lisa Vincent (Frank); her grandchildren, Nathan, Travis Giacomelli, Derek Spak, Cameron, Elias, Colette Brett, Damon Brett (Courtney), Amanda, Ryan Franco, Brittany Swasey (John) and Mariah Bukowski (Rob); and her great grandchildren, Vivienne, Hadley and Adaline. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mask and Social Distancing are required for attendance.
