She is survived by: her father John Carvalho (Fern); her great-nephew Logan; her siblings, John Carvalho, Ellen Benham and Cynthia Klaneski; her brother-in-law William; and her siblings' children, Brittany, Jeffrey (Cara), Kevin (Dani) and Michael.
