She was predeceased by: her husband Gregg M. Cooley; her parents, Matthew Grondzik and Anna Grondzik (Cannon); and her brother Robert Richard O'Day. She is survived by: her sons, Chris LaChance (Shane) and Sean Cooley (Christine); her grandchildren, Avery and Cameron LaChance; her brother Matthew Grondzik (Dolores); and her sibling's children, Jeremy and Monique.
