He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Huhla Rubenstein; his parents, Harold "Herky" Rubenstein and Katherine McGinn Rubenstein; his siblings, Gail Marsella, William and David Rubenstein; and his son-in-law Michael Damato.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa M. Damato; and his granddaughter Kadence.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (382 Hope Hill Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492).
