He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldo D'Agostino and Josephine D'Agostino (Urbano); his brother-in-law Brian Simler; and his stepson Leon Girouard. He is survived by: his wife Karen D'Agostino (Simler); his children, Vincent, Jessica and Lucas; his grandson Sebastian; his stepdaughter Lori Thompson (Troy); his siblings, Mary Sullivan (Jim), Vera Bailey (Jim), Aldo D'Agostino (Cynthia) and Fatima Marut' (Jim); his parents-in-law, Albert and Dorothy Simler; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hayes (Jim), Carol Simler (Larry), Jennifer Wellman (Alex), Lisa Cauley (Roger) and David Simler (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins.
Facemasks are required and Covid-19 precautions and social distancing needs to be observed at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
