He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rogus and Marylin Rogus (Gullen); his son Luke F. Rogus; his brother Richard R. Rogus; and his nephew Colin R. Rogus.
He is survived by: his daughter Rose M. Rogus (Les Reynolds) of Enfield; his siblings, Dianne R. Shackett (Ned) of Wallingford, Susan R. Gagliardi (John) of Wallingford and Thomas Rogus of Florida; his siblings' children, Vanessa Diaz-Valencia (Sergio), Dr. Melanie Brennan (Kyle), John Gagliardi Jr. (Lauren), Matthew Gagliardi (Kelsey), Adam Shackett (Alicia), Timothy Gagliardi (Danielle), Rachel Rogus and Alison Rogus; his close friend Russ Charest; his pet Pele; Fred Tondalo. He is also survived by two great nieces and 5 great nephews; several cousins and two Aunts.
Due to the COVID pandemic, there will be no calling hours. Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery will be private.
