She was predeceased by: her parents, James McMahon and Winifred McMahon (McCrave); her son Gerard; her siblings, Maureen Smyth, Peggy McMahon, Pat McMahon of Co, Louth and Ireland; and her friend Anna May McNulty of Wallingford.
She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Irene Jackson (Allen) of Madison, Maureen Parente (Paul) of Wallingford, Brian McDermott (Donna) of Avon and Barbara Gaia McDermott of Cromwell; her grandchildren, Conor, Megan Murphy, Stephanie Phillips (Bryant), Garrett, Olivia Jackson, Luke McDermott Grandpre and Jack McDermott; and her great grandchildren, Charlee and Chase Phillips. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
