She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore L. Kemp; and her parents, Donald F. Spellman and Dorothy Spellman (Hickey). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jillian and Tyler; her children, Kevin O'Reilly (Sheila) of Branford, Keith O'Reilly (Lisanne) of Cheshire and Shelly Kemp of Waterbury; her sisters, Barbara Regan of Waterbury and Nancy Cipriano of Prospect; and her close friend Francis Macary of Waterbury. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
