As Courtney departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Courtney may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Courtney leaves behind.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles Butterly and Sheila Butterly (Gaudiosi) of Watertown; her grandchildren, Mya and Mariyah Velez; and her nephew Jordan Rogers. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends.
To honor Courtney's memory and in lieu of flowers, donations to assist the family and Courtney's daughter may be made in care of the funeral home.
