It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iris Irizarry of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Angel Manuel and Eloisa Carretero (Lugo-Colon); and her siblings, Adan Roman and Manuel Carretero. She is survived by : her siblings, Jose Roman, Eloiso Roman, Noel Carretero, Gladys Roman-Gonzalez, Lydia Carretero and Paquita Gomez; and her stepchildren, Melissa Irizarry-Lopez and Damian Irizarry Jr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
