He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Iacoviello and Josephine Iacoviello (Villani). He is survived by: his wife Lucille Iacoviello (Slocum); his children, James P. Iacoviello, Jr. (Angie) of Loris, SC, Paul A. Iacoviello of Waterbury and Cynthia Leavitt (John) of Manchester, CT; his grandchildren, Amanda, Vincent, James III, Tori, Christopher Iacoviello, Kayla, Maya and Tyler Leavitt; and his sister Mary Ann Gaetano of Wolcott. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in James's name to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place.
