He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Sr. Hopkins and Nancy Hopkins (Russell); his sisters, Kim Hopkins and Suzanne Hopkins; and his son Joseph Hopkins.
He is survived by: his sister Diane Yarosis of Youngsville, NC; his granddaughter Jaylynn Hopkins of Seymour; his close friend Marlene Hill; his uncle Jack; his aunt Barbara Hamel; his nephews, Peter Yarosis of Lake Placid, NY and David Yarosis of Tampa, FL.; and his cousins, Steve and Jill Sweeney.
Relatives and friends may visit with Bill's family on Thursday morning from 8:30 until the procession leaves for church at 9:30 a.m. To honor Bill's memory, contribution to an animal charity of the donor's choice or the ASPCA would be appreciated by the family.
