She was predeceased by : her husband Edward Bennett Jr.; and her parents, Thomas Sasso and Caroline Sasso (Salvatore). She is survived by : her children, David Bennett (Lori) of Morris and Kate Beckley (George) of Torrington; her brother Robert Sasso of Waterbury; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Smart, Justin Bond, Marrissa Bond, Jordan Wolkowicz, Ryan Wolkowicz, Andrew Bennett and Kyle Bennett. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
