It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Celeste Altieri (West Haven, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Raymond Altieri; her parent Salvatore Orio; her children, Susan Ruickoldt and Nicholas Altieri; and her siblings, Andrew, Humbert, Salvatore, Edward, Arthur Orio, Madelyn Canadeo, Ann and Anthony Farricelli.
She is survived by: her parent Adeline Orio; her son Raymond Altieri (Grace) of North Haven; her grandchildren, Amanda, Raymond, Emily Altieri, Douglas Ruickoldt and Nicholas Ruickoldt; her son-in-law Douglas Ruickoldt of West Haven; and also, Josephine Orio, Gerard Canadeo, Rosemarie Carbone, Ronald Carbone and Teri Lucibelli of New Haven. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
