He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Henry Lewis and Bonita Louise Beck. He is survived by: his children, Jason Michael Lewis, Jon Malcolm Lewis (Nikki) of Branford, Ontario and April Virginia Lewis of West Haven; his grandchildren, Ember Grace Flyte, Brandon Dean Lewis, Jacob Matthew Lewis and Jackson Maxwell Lewis; his sisters, Virginia Solomon of New Haven and Florence VanEtten of Michigan; and his uncle Frank Lewis (Patricia). He is also survived by many cousins and numerous friends.
