He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Marshall and Mary Marshall (Stancisco). He is survived by: his wife Vera Marshall; his children, Virginia (David A. Zotti), Laura Marshall and Mary Marshall; his sister Lucy Marshall (Kathi Dest); his grandsons, Michael Zotti (Kelly), David Zotti (Ashley) and Edward Sperry; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ryan and Madelyn Zotti; and his nephews, Michael Matthews (Kelly), Brian Brainard and Jeffrey Brainard.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association 1 Union Street, Suite 301 Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
