It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie Marchitto (West Haven, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on August 14, 2018, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph Marchitto; her parent Natle Recchia; her son Michael Marchitto; her grandson Joseph Michael Conlon; her son-in-law Joseph Conlon; her brothers, Albert Recchia, Anthony Recchia and William Recchia; and her stepsister Josephine Conway.
She is survived by: her parent Rose Beneaquista Recchia; her daughter Judy Conlon; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Marchitto; her sisters, Justine Iamele and Maggiore; her grandchildren, Kimberly Conlon, Mark Conlon, Michael Marchitto (Katy) and Andrew Marchitto; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Melissa, Aiden Conlon, Joseph, Becky and Lilly Marchitto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
