He is survived by: his spouse Concetta Perrone DeNicholas; his parent Lucy DeNicholas; his daughters, Lucille Smith (Ray), Dianna Lynn Saunders (Mark) and Teresa DeNicholas; his grandchildren, Hilary Fong (Mike), Sarah Smith, Joseph (Donna), Mark and Jacob Saunders; and his siblings, Arthur DeNicholas, Lucille Bencivengo, Mary Ciolino (Larry) and Joseph DeNicholas (Bunny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
