Ruth McVety Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2018, at the age of 94, Ruth McVety (West Haven, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Walter W. McVety, Sr.; and her parents, Joseph August Andrews and Mary Ursini (Erickson). She is survived by: her children, Robert McVety (Judy) of Hamden and Judith Mandry (Ray) of Osprey; her grandchildren, Brenna McVety, Deidre McVety Bauco, Kyla Wedsworth, Kate Donahue, Erik Turnquist and Kirsten Grills; her brother John Andrews; her children, Kathleen Donahue and Walter W. McVety, Jr.; and her grandmother Ruth. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, a great great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the Salvation Army or Connecticut Hospice.
