He is survived by : his wife Barbara Jacobs Rowland; his children, Leslie Rowland, William Jacques of Wayland, MA, Elizabeth Rowland, Paul Gagne of Darien, CT and David John Rowland; his grandchildren, John Jacques, Tom Jacques, Chloe Jacques, Renee Gagne, Andrew Gagne and Nicole Gagne; and his sister Elizabeth Cursley.
