She was predeceased by: her parent Theodore Kusio. She is survived by: her spouse Zenon; her parent Myroslawa Kusio (Fedyk); her children, Michael of Bloomfield and Melanie (Lonnie) of Newington; and her siblings, Ted (Kate) of Minneapolis, Susan Kate Kusio and Helen Kusio.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anita's memory may be made to St Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Hartford, CT or to Feed the Children.
