She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Czmyruk-Czartorynski and Jozefa Czmyruk-Czartorynski; her nephew Joseph; and her brother-in-law Roman Kulicki. She is survived by: her sister Wanda Kulicki; her nephews, Andrzej Kulicki (Sally Comella) and Dr. Leonard Kulicki (Jennifer); her great-nephew Alexander; and her great-niece Ella. She is also survived by extended family in Poland and many dear friends.
