Sullivan; her parents, John S. and Grace Furey (Smith); her children, Jim Sullivan (Heather) of Tampa, FL, Beth Healey (Arthur) of Clinton, Kathleen Gleason of Orford, NH and Maureen Jacobs (Kenny) of Granby; her grandchildren, Meghan, Hannah, Sarah, Kelly, Anna, Sophie, Jamie, Molly, Tommy, Matthew and Lucy; and her great grandchild Abigail Paige. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Cancer Society.
