He is survived by : his parents, Gustave Bourtin and Marie-Rose Bourtin; his wife Judith DeMaio of Brooklyn, NY; his children, Marisa, Caroline, France, Jean-Pierre Jr. (Christy), Isabella, Henry Banks, John of Fredericksburg, TX, Nicolas (Elisabetta), Caterina, Alexander of Brooklyn, NY and Stephen of Stamford, CT.; and his siblings, Roger, Christiane and Lucette.
