We bid farewell to Sharon L. Barbero of Winchester Center, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 16, 2024 at the age of 77. Sharon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Barbero; and her parents, Elmer Hurlbut and Thelma Hurlbut (Parrott). She is survived by: her children, Matthew R. Laukaitis (Rachel Long) of Winchester Center, CT and Christina Niziolek (Mark) of Burlington, CT; her stepson Michael Barbero (Linda) of North Carolina; her brother Gary Hurlbut of Winsted, CT; her siblings-in-law, Thomas and Emily Barbero; her grandsons, Zachary Niziolek (Zoe), Evan Niziolek, Brett Long, Justin Emmons, Patrick Casey (Erin) and Joseph Gordon (Nancy); and her great grandchildren, Krystina Long and Liam Gordon.
