With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard E. Chandler of Windham, Connecticut, born in Storrs, Connecticut, who passed away on March 19, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellory Chandler and Lillian May Chandler (Billings); and his siblings, Dorothy Provencher (Porter) and Donald Chandler. He is survived by : his wife Paulette Chandler (Richards); his siblings, Joyce Cline and William Chandler; his children, Teriann Chandler, April Shepaum and Michael Shepaum; his grandchildren, Julissa Shepaum, Mickala Shepaum and Myriah Mike (Shepaum); and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Ross and Madilynn Mike.
