He was predeceased by: his spouse Lois Fulton (Gilbert); and his parent Betty Fulton (Fowler). He is survived by: his parent James M. Fulton; his children, Christopher Fulton (Kathleen) of Rockland, MA and Thomas Fulton of Windsor Locks; his grandchildren, Kaileigh and Mackenzie; his sister Susan Poskitt (Robert) of South Dennis, MA; and also Eternal Rest. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
