He was predeceased by: his parent Loretta Wheeler (Mobiglia). He is survived by: his spouse Jerrolyn Wheeler (Manley); his parent James Wheeler; his children, James Wheeler (Caren) of Windsor Locks and Dawn Thatcher (George) of South Windsor; his siblings, Richard Wheeler (Kathy) of Feeding Hills, MA and Mary Ann Akil (Abdul); his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Manley of Munds Park, AZ and Howard Manley (Lorraine) of Ellington; his uncle Raymond Mobiglia (Lorraine); his aunt Peggy Mobiglia of Windsor Locks; his cousin Moose; and also, Eternal Rest, Robert Conary (Nancy) of Vernon, Lieutenant Anthony Akil, Ahmed Akil, Steven Wheeler (Bryanna) of Suffield and Howard Manley III of Ellington.
