He was predeceased by: his parent John Joseph; and his brother Michael Pietraroia. He is survived by: his spouse Caroline Pietraroia (Mercier); his parent Filomena Pietraroia (Orsini); his siblings-in-law, Beverly Pietraroia of Windsor, Kerwin Gagne, James Gagne, Alfred Gagne and Uncle Donald Jacques (Peggy); his wife Patricia; and his godchild Cristina Orsini Harris.
