He was predeceased by: his parent Patrick; and his siblings, Katherine Higgins (Patsy), John Higgins (Jack) and Mary Hausmann. He is survived by: his spouse Olga Higgins (Taricani); his parent Mary Catherine Higgins (Kelly); his sister Jane Graml; his brother-in-law Norman Hausmann; his children, Patrick Higgins (Barbara) of Windsor, Rosie Courtney of Poquonock, Sean Higgins (Susan) of Huntsville, AL, Dana Fawcett (Jim) of Parkersburg, WV and Diane Higgins of Poquonock; his grandchildren, Jimmy Fawcett (Christy), Steven Fawcett (Phuong), Patrick Higgins, Emma Higgins McGlynn (Jonathan), Katherine Higgins, Haley Higgins, Sean, Brendan, Keleigh Courtney, Seamus, Donal and Eamon Higgins; his great grandchildren, James Fawcett, Caelyn Fawcett and Nora McGlynn; and also West Hartford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
