He is survived by: his son Steven Jay Levine; his wife Sally Levine (Buck); his son Kevin Michael Levine; his grandchildren, Zachary Buck, Ashlee Rose Irene Levine, Daryn Aiden Levine, Dalton Michael Levine, Justin Patrick Levine, Ryan Jay Levine and Grace Ellen Levine; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Lynn Latournes (Baker), William Ellis Latournes and Marjorie Levine (Schwarz); and also Christopher Levine (Howell). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
