He is survived by: his fiancée Samantha Florence; his father Shelby LeVino; his stepmother Julie Heussner; his grandmother Anne LeVino; his brother Grayson LeVino; his sister-in-law Marjorith Garcia; his stepsisters, Haley Brown (Megan Guidarelli) and Erin Brown (Phillip Kratzman); and his nieces, Ishany Garcia and Melinda LeVino-Garcia.
