It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Brewster of Woodstock Valley, Connecticut, born in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, who passed away on June 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Belmont and Michelina Belmont; her husband Donald Brewster; her daughters, Joann Durst (Jay) of Pomfret and Jane Gladstein (Ned) of North Caldwell; and her sisters, Anne, Lucy and Amelia. She was also cherished by four granddaughters and six great grandchildren.

We request donations be made to Ashford Senior Center or Saint Phillips the Apostle Church in Ashford.
