He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Margaret (Emerick) and Theodore J. Raszka Sr. Mr; his wife Janice (LaBranche); his siblings, Theodore Raszka Jr. of Salem and Katherine Stone of Webster Massachusetts; his children, Scott Raszka (Maria) of Woodstock, Brian Raszka (Deana) of Reno, NV, Stephanie Arsenault (Michael) of Danielson and Amy Raszka (Kurt Newton) of Woodstock; his grandchildren, David, Aaron, Noel, Jacob, Tristan and Janek; and his great grandchildren, Allison, Rylee, Natalie, Cameron and Thomas. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Day Kimball / NE CT Hospice.

Natalie Morey wrote a sympathy message

“To Amy and family. I consider myself lucky to have known and worked with your Dad. He was one of the finest people I have ever known and it was an honor to have worked with him on numerous criminal investigations at Troop "D" in the day. He will be missed by many. Sorry I cannot attend services for numerous reasons. Surely Dad has joined Mom and will be looking over their fine family. So sorry for your loss. May God bless us all.
