He is survived by: his parent April Palmer (Englert); his children, Joshua Marshall of Willington, Joseph Marshall of Willington, Charlotte Marshall of Willington, Sophia Marshall of Willington and Emily Marshall of Willington; his siblings, Bruce Palmer, Jr. of Danielson, Paul Palmer of Pomfret Center, Dwayne Marshall of Woodstock and Christeen Seeley of New York; and also Beth Anne Marshall (Lusa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
