He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Alexis and Octavia Alexis; and his brothers, John, Kenneth, Arthur and Horace.
He is survived by: his aunt Violet Williams; his spouse Ogbonia Alexis; his children, Carla, Anthony (Julia) and Lisa; his grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Brenden, Matthew and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Carlton and Anthony III.
