Proctor; his children, Charles L. Proctor, Jr. (Yolanda), Kyle A. Proctor and Nina A. Proctor; his brothers, Phillip Proctor (Laurino) and Sterling Proctor; his grandchildren, Shatia N. Benedicto, Charles L. Proctor, III, Kyle A. Proctor, Jr. and Khloe B. Proctor; and his great grandchild Jaden L. Benedicto. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
