He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Waugh, Sr. and Mary Sue Johnson Waugh; and his siblings, Deloris Archie, Hilda M. Morris, Charlie Johnson, John Waugh, Jr., Nowlin Waugh and Ronald Waugh.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Johnson (Roger, Sr), Annie Merriman, Amy Waugh of Monroe, VA and Alice Waugh of Washington, DC; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Waugh of Las Vegas, NV and Joan Waugh of Lynchburg, VA; his friends, Juanita Green of Washington, DC, Betty Morgan of Amherst, VA and Francis Taylor of Amherst, VA; and his niece Z'quichia Paige of Lynchburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
