She is survived by: her husband Lawrence E. Forgy, Jr. of Logan County; her children, John Lawrence Forgy and Katherine Anderson Forgy; her granddaughters, Olivia Dearing Peppiatt of Lexington and Virginia Anderson Peppiatt of Lexington; and her close friend Charles Scales of Lexington.
