She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Stevens Sr. and Vermelle Ann Stevens (Stewart); and her brothers, Benjamin Franklin Stevens II and Bertram Tony "Hamzah" Stevens. She is survived by: her aunt Olivia Stewart; her siblings, Saundra McMillian, April Coles, Sonja Smith (Vernon), Edmond Stevens (Jenifer) and Patrick Stevens; her siblings' children, Cinama M. Smithers (Anthony), Chastity Coles, Doneeshia "Bootsy" Giles, Beniece Stevens, Tiffany Stevens, Lauren Stevens, Tony McMillian, Lorenzo Taylor, Bradley Simms and Dalton Stevens; her great-nephews, Dominic Smithers and Landen Barnhill; her great-niece Torri McMillian; her cousin Edward Stewart III; and her brother-in-law Chauncey Hawkins. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, special friends.
