He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Jasmine and Gladys Jasmine; and his sister Kathy. He is survived by : his wife Carol Randolph Jasmine; his children, Jonathan (Rachel) and Jennifer Randolph; his sister Deborah (Robert Ford); his brothers-in-law, John Davis and Alan Davis (Diana); his granddaughters, Ruby, Malin and Naila; and also, Andrea Jackson and Jonathan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, food, or monetary donations, the family requests that you honor Jake's life by voting and encouraging everyone you know to vote and make a difference.
