It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin Delaine Sr. of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Anne J.; and his son Michael DeLaine. He is survived by: his children, Franklin P. DeLaine, Jr. (Patricia), Barbara D. Jumper (Steven) and Richard DeLaine. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two sisters, other loving relatives and friends.

Due to restrictions associated with COVID 19 the funeral service will be extended to ONLY a limited number of immediate family members.
